Mobile market research firm Sensor Tower revealed that Apex Legends Mobile made $4.8 million in its first seven days of launch.
That money came from in-app purchases of cosmetics and battle passes. Moreover, most of this amount ($2.1 million) came from players from the United States. They are followed by gamers from Japan and Thailand.
On launch day, Apex Legends Mobile was the most downloaded game on the iPhone in 60 countries including the US, UK, Japan, India, and Germany. During the first week, the battle royale was downloaded the most by users from the United States, India and Brazil.
Compared to other free-to-play battle royales and shooters, PUBG Mobile made $600,000 in its first week, and Call of Duty: Mobile made $14.8 million. To date, these games have earned $8 billion and $1.5 billion, respectively.
Apex Legends Mobile is available on iOS and Android, the game is officially available.
